I haven't seen you as much as I'd of liked to in these later years, but I was thinking of some early memories of you recently. Being at the Towers, Freddy, the Pink Flamingos, the Koi Carp, etc etc. Drinking endless cups of tea and you were always toking away on your pipe. Going to the airport and watching you fly a biplane. Being impressed that you made those model planes, you were great at a lot of different things and tried to spark my interest/ bring out my creative side. More recently you got me the badge machine, I've made thousands, some for bands, some for selling and some for friends/ myself. I was hoping to speak to you on the phone again before you passed, I didn't say all I wanted to in our last conversation but I've taken a stoic approach to that ;) Heres to you Grandad / Tony. RIP.
